The immediate past Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has extended warm congratulations to Hon. Obinna Oriaku on his recent appointment as the Abia State Commissioner in the Federal Character Commission.
In a goodwill message, Rt Hon Orji described Hon. Oriaku as a proven public servant whose wealth of experience, integrity, and dedication to the people of Abia State will be of immense value to the Commission. He noted that Oriaku’s track record as a former Commissioner for Finance and his commitment to transparency in governance have distinguished him as a man of competence and vision.
Rt Hon Orji expressed confidence that Hon. Oriaku will bring his trademark diligence and fairness to bear in the discharge of his new duties, ensuring equitable representation and promoting national unity in line with the mandate of the Federal Character Commission.
He prayed for God’s wisdom and strength for Hon. Oriaku to excel in the position and to continue making Abia State proud at the national level.
