Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, has heartily congratulated his brother, the eminent cardiologist Dr. Okechukwu Ogah, on his historic elevation as Chair of the Pan-African Society of Cardiology (PASCAR) Heart Failure Task Force.
