Governor Alex Otti to Launch Abia’s Duct Infrastructure Project, Pioneering Digital Transformation and Smart Development

The Abia State Government, led by His Excellency Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, will on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, officially launch the Abia State Duct Infrastructure Project — a landmark initiative aimed at transforming the state into a fully digital, modern, and sustainable hub.

The flag-off ceremony, which marks a major milestone in Governor Otti’s vision to create a technologically advanced and future-ready Abia, will hold as follows:

The Duct Infrastructure Project is designed to provide an integrated underground duct network to facilitate seamless broadband deployment, drive smart city projects, and improve digital service delivery across the state.
