SUN FM 91.3 Grieves the Passing of Beloved Broadcaster, Amb. Kel J Madubuike

The management and staff of SUN FM 91.3 Igbere are mourning the heartbreaking loss of one of their esteemed On-Air Personalities, Ambassador Kel J Madubuike, who passed away after a brief illness.

Amb. Madubuike, a native of Acha in Isuikwuato Local Government Area of Abia State, was widely admired for his dedication to broadcasting, infectious energy, and warm personality, which endeared him to colleagues, listeners, and fans across Abia State and beyond.

In an emotional statement, SUN FM described his death as a devastating blow to the station and the wider media community.

> “With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of one of our own, Amb. Kel J Madubuike. His death has left a huge void in our hearts and in the SUN FM family. Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones during this difficult time,” the statement read.

Fondly known as Kel J Baba, the late broadcaster was celebrated for his creativity, professionalism, and commitment to uplifting the station’s brand.

SUN FM’s management offered prayers for the repose of his soul, expressing hope that his memory will continue to inspire those he worked with.
