The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that the 2025 Batch ‘C’ Orientation Course will commence on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at all orientation camps nationwide.

Camp registration for all corps members will run from Wednesday, November 19, until midnight on Friday, November 21, 2025, the scheme confirmed in a statement signed by its Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu.

“The swearing-in ceremony is set for Friday, November 21, while the closing ceremony will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2025,” the statement added.

Director-General Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu wished all prospective corps members safe travels to their orientation camps and advised them to avoid traveling at night for safety reasons.

The NYSC also announced the release of call-up numbers for 2025 Batch ‘C’ prospective corps members, stating on its official X handle that the numbers were released according to registration order.

Due to capacity limitations across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, only about 40 per cent of registered prospective corps members can be accommodated in the upcoming orientation. The NYSC assured those unable to secure a spot that they will be deferred to the next exercise.
