The Business Ideation School Africa (TBIS Africa), in collaboration with the Christ the Redeemer Ministry of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has successfully wrapped up the 2025 Leadership Training Programme, a five-day initiative designed to equip students and young people with leadership and employable skills, TBIS Africa announced on Monday.
Held from November 5 to 9, 2025, and fully sponsored by RCCG’s CRM, the programme combined professional development with lessons in faith. Activities included plenary sessions, prayer meetings, drama presentations, praise and worship, morning devotionals, a governance-focused session, and hands-on training across multiple professional tracks. The event drew over 3,500 participants, including students and National Youth Service Corps members from Nigeria and the Benin Republic.
The certification programme featured tracks in Corporate Strategy, Financial Intelligence, Media Management, Business Ideation, Advertising Management, Business Networking, Marketing, and Brand Management. Participants paid only a minimal commitment fee, making the programme accessible to all.
Emmanuel Ikediashi, Founder and Principal of TBIS Africa, emphasized that the initiative aligns with the school’s mission to provide affordable, relevant, and high-quality business education to young Africans. “Learning and leadership form the foundation of true growth. Coupled with practical, skill-based education, they prepare young people for life beyond the classroom. By involving industry professionals, the initiative strengthened the learning experience and inspired participants to apply their knowledge in building sustainable careers and enterprises,” he said.
The programme featured intensive certification sessions led by industry experts and thought leaders. Oludolapo Agbejobi, Principal Consultant at Hattie Royale Media, who facilitated the Media Management course, highlighted the importance of equipping young professionals with communication and media literacy skills to develop a more informed, ethical, and creative generation of leaders.
Participants praised the programme as both transformative and practical. Abraham Miracle said, “I truly enjoyed every session and have already started applying what I learned in my work as a realtor.” Ajala Boluwatife noted that the programme enhanced his understanding of business growth, while Esther Akinwande and Ayoba Mayowa commended the sessions for deepening their knowledge of effective communication, media, and brand management.
The 2025 Leadership Training Programme featured a diverse line-up of facilitators, including Oludolapo Agbejobi, Nwachukwu Macdickson, Yinlayefa Thompson, Rina Arhuere, Olajumoke Oyedele, Uche Onwuka, and Oluwatosin Olonite, highlighting the programme’s dedication to blending faith, leadership, and professional excellence.
TBIS Africa continues to serve as a professional development institution committed to nurturing entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers through practical learning, mentorship, and collaboration, partnering with organisations, ministries, and educational institutions to equip young Africans with the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact.
