Sports stakeholders have welcomed the development, describing it as a positive step toward boosting morale in Nigerian sports and encouraging future generations of athletes.
The Super Eagles finished second at the tournament after a closely contested final, earning widespread praise from fans and officials for their resilience and teamwork.
