Arsenal Trio Facing Exit Ahead of Transfer Deadline

Arsenal could part ways with several first-team players before Monday’s 7pm transfer deadline, with Oleksandr Zinchenko, Fabio Vieira, and Reiss Nelson all linked with moves away from the Emirates.

Oleksandr Zinchenko
The Ukrainian international appears set for the exit door after slipping down Mikel Arteta’s pecking order. Having missed out on the squad in Arsenal’s last two fixtures, Zinchenko is reportedly close to a switch to French giants Marseille in a deal worth around €27 million (£23.4m).

Fabio Vieira
Portuguese midfielder Fabio Vieira is also likely to depart. His move from Porto in 2022 has failed to live up to expectations, and after spending last season back on loan with the Portuguese club, talks are ongoing with Bundesliga side Stuttgart over a permanent transfer. Both clubs remain hopeful of striking an agreement before the window shuts.

Reiss Nelson
Meanwhile, winger Reiss Nelson is seeking a fresh start after his progress was hampered by injuries during his loan spell at Fulham. The 25-year-old could remain in London, with Crystal Palace emerging as a possible destination.

With the transfer window closing soon, Arsenal’s squad reshuffle looks set to continue as the club trims its ranks ahead of the new campaign.
