Former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has extended his heartfelt greetings to Abians and Nigerians at large as the nation ushers in the month of September.

In his goodwill message, the lawmaker described the new month as a time of renewed hope, fresh beginnings, and divine blessings. He urged citizens to remain steadfast in faith and resilience, even in the face of economic and social challenges confronting the country.

“Every new month is an opportunity to reflect, to give thanks, and to realign our steps toward progress. September should remind us that no matter the difficulties, our collective resolve as a people remains stronger than any challenge,” Rt. Hon. Orji stated.

He further called for unity among Abians, stressing that solidarity and mutual support are essential for the state’s continued growth. He also emphasized the need for leaders to remain people-focused, ensuring that policies and programs touch the lives of ordinary citizens in meaningful ways.

The former Speaker prayed for peace, security, and prosperity across Abia and Nigeria, noting that the new month offers a renewed chance for progress.

“As we step into September, may God bless the work of our hands, grant our leaders wisdom, and keep our families in joy and good health,” he concluded.
