Confederation of African Football (CAF) President, Dr. Patrice Motsepe, on Saturday addressed journalists during a media briefing in Nairobi, Kenya.
The briefing, which was broadcast live, highlighted ongoing developments within African football, including CAF’s strategic partnerships, competitions, and future plans for the growth of the sport on the continent.
Motsepe’s address comes amid heightened anticipation around CAF’s proposed $1 billion broadcast rights deal, which is expected to transform football financing and visibility across Africa.
The Nairobi conference is part of a series of engagements aimed at strengthening CAF’s relationship with stakeholders, while also positioning African football for global competitiveness.
