Bafana Bafana goalkeeper, Sipho Chaine, has described Tuesday’s World Cup qualifying encounter against Nigeria as a “must-win” for the South African side.

Hugo Broos’ men are on the verge of returning to the World Cup for the first time since 2010, and a victory against Nigeria could bring them closer to achieving that goal, depending on results from other group fixtures.

The Orlando Pirates shot-stopper emphasized that the team remains focused and determined ahead of the crucial tie.

“We are just focused on the game that is coming up. It is a 90-minute match that means a lot to us, but when you break it down, you simply have to win the game,” Chaine told ewn.co.za.

The decisive clash is scheduled for Tuesday at the Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein, with kick-off set for 5 p.m. Nigerian time.
