The member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North/South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Obi Aguocha, has joined family, friends, and associates in celebrating communications expert, Mr. Bright Ejike, popularly known as Igoyan Baba, on the occasion of his birthday.
