Former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, popularly known as Ikuku Abia, has extended warm greetings to Abians and Nigerians as they step into a new month, calling for renewed faith, unity, and collective effort toward a better society.

In his goodwill message released on Thursday, Engr. Orji expressed gratitude to God for the grace to witness a new month, noting that despite the nation’s many challenges, there is always room for hope and progress when citizens stand together.

“Every new month is a reminder that God’s mercies are new every morning. Let us continue to hold on to hope, support one another, and work sincerely for the peace and development of Abia and Nigeria,” he stated.

The former Speaker also urged leaders at all levels to focus on people-centered governance, guided by integrity, compassion, and accountability.

He prayed that the new month would usher in greater peace, prosperity, and divine favor for all Abians and Nigerians.

“May this month bring renewed strength, open doors, and blessings to every home. Together, we shall continue to rise as one people under God,” Ikuku Abia added.
