The Chief of Staff to the Abia State Governor, Pastor Caleb Ajagba, has reaffirmed that Governor Alex Otti’s administration is committed to inclusive governance and does not discriminate against any individual, group, or community in the state.

Ajagba made this known on Tuesday at the Government House, Umuahia, while receiving a delegation from Nsulu, Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area. He commended them for recognizing the developmental strides of the current administration and pledged continued focus on equitable progress across Abia.

“In 2023, many of the people here today were in opposition. But within two years and five months, they have seen visible transformation under Governor Otti. His Excellency doesn’t care where you come from, he treats every community equally,” Ajagba said.

He added that the government’s projects span all zones of the state, with visible improvements in infrastructure, education, and public services. “Even those who oppose him cannot deny the changes in Abia. The state has become a model for good governance,” he stated.

Ajagba urged Nsulu residents to take advantage of the ongoing voter registration exercise and obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the 2027 general elections, stressing that participation is vital for sustaining democratic gains.

He highlighted several ongoing projects in Nsulu and its environs, including the Smart School project at Nsulu Primary School, reconstruction of the Ntigha, Nbawsi, Umuala Road, the proposed Nsulu Airport, and restoration of electricity to communities such as Umunna-Nsulu, Umode, and Umosu.

Earlier, the leader of the delegation, Hon. Onyenawe Chamberlain, thanked Governor Otti for his administration’s attention to grassroots development, especially in education, road infrastructure, and electricity supply.

He also praised Pastor Ajagba for his exemplary leadership and humility, describing him as a “worthy son of Nsulu” and pledged the community’s continued loyalty and support to the governor’s vision for Abia State.

Also present during the visit was the Special Adviser to the Governor on Investment Promotion and Public-Private Partnership, High Chief Greene Amakwe.
