SUNDAY VINE
There are seasons when the body is tired, the strength is low, and the heart is weighed down by sickness or uncertainty. In such moments, it may feel as though healing is far away. Yet, even in difficult seasons, the hand of God is not withdrawn. His healing touch is often at work quietly, sustaining us, restoring hope, and renewing strength little by little.
God’s healing does not always come in haste, but it always comes with purpose. Sometimes He calms the storm immediately, and at other times He strengthens us to walk through it. Every breath we take, every small improvement, and every moment of peace is evidence that His hand is still upon us. Sickness may challenge the body, but it cannot overcome the promises of God.
In difficult seasons, God invites us to trust Him beyond what we see or feel. He reassures us that pain is not the end of the story and that weakness is not defeat. As we lean on Him, He replaces fear with faith and despair with hope. The same God who healed in the past still heals today, and His power has not diminished.
Let us therefore hold on to faith, speak life over our bodies, and remain confident in God’s unfailing love. Healing may be a process, but God’s presence is constant. His hand is guiding, lifting, and restoring us, even when the journey feels long. This season will pass, and health, strength, and testimony will surely follow.
Prayer of Healing by Dr Uche Ogah
Heavenly Father, we thank You because You are the Lord who heals. We come before You today acknowledging our weakness and trusting in Your mighty power. Let Your healing hand rest upon everyone going through sickness, pain, or emotional distress. Touch every body, restore every organ, renew every strength, and bring peace to every troubled heart.
Lord, where there is pain, bring comfort. Where there is fear, release faith. Where hope is fading, let Your light shine again. We declare life, wholeness, and restoration, and we trust that Your word is working in us even now. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
Closing Scripture:
“He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”
Psalm 107:20
