In a thrilling conclusion to the 2025 Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) Super Cup in Abuja, the CNS Spikers clinched the men’s title while the Nigeria Customs Service women’s team impressed with a commanding performance in their final on Feb. 8.
In the men’s decider, CNS Spikers bounced back after dropping the first set to Nigeria Customs Service, eventually sealing the championship with a 3‑1 win (21‑25, 25‑18, 25‑23, 25‑17) thanks to sharper blocking and attacking play in the later sets.
Meanwhile, in the women’s final, Nigeria Customs Service delivered a dominant straight‑sets victory over COAS Spikers, controlling the match from the start and taking the title with set scores of 25‑8, 25‑15 and 25‑10.
Elsewhere in Abuja, Nigeria Correctional Service claimed third place in the men’s competition, adding to an event that showcased growing competitiveness and depth in Nigerian volleyball.
With the Super Cup wrapped up, attention now switches back to league action and preparations for future regional and continental competitions.
