Troops of the Nigerian military have taken into custody a man identified as Sule Yellow, believed to be involved in banditry and kidnapping operations. The suspect reportedly gained attention for using social media to display and promote unlawful activities.

Security reports indicate that he was arrested shortly after allegedly receiving ransom payments connected to an abduction case. His movements had reportedly been under surveillance for some time before operatives carried out the operation.

Prior to his arrest, Sule Yellow was said to be active on TikTok under the username @suleyellow6, where he frequently shared content linked to bandit operations. In one instance on March 4, he allegedly appeared in a live broadcast alongside another suspect known as Auta and several associates.

Authorities confirmed that the account associated with him has since been taken down as part of efforts to curb the spread of such content and disrupt criminal networks online.
