Women’s Euro 2025: Esther González Wins Golden Boot as England Edge Spain in Final

Spain forward Esther González has emerged as the top scorer of the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025, winning the Golden Boot with four goals.

Her achievement came as the tournament wrapped up on Sunday with England defeating Spain 3-1 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in regulation and extra time to claim the title.

González led the scoring chart, edging out several top contenders including Stina Blackstenius, Cristiana Girelli, and Alexia Putellas, who each netted three goals.
