Renowned industrialist and former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah, has congratulated the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, CFR, on the successful completion and defense of his Ph.D thesis in Policy and Strategic Studies at the Abuja Leadership Centre, University of Abuja.
