The Federal Palace Hotel & Casino, in partnership with Sterling Bank Plc and its Tourism and Creative Art arm, Torrista, has successfully hosted the Uncover Naija Arts Exhibition themed “Timeless Voices.” The event marked a major milestone in both brands’ shared commitment to promoting Nigeria’s vibrant arts, culture, and tourism sectors.
The exhibition featured an inspiring collection of works from emerging Nigerian artists, celebrating the nation’s cultural heritage and creative diversity. Through paintings, sculptures, and mixed media, the exhibition highlighted art’s vital role in shaping national identity and boosting the tourism economy.
Torrista, Sterling Bank’s tourism and creative marketplace, has continued to support Nigeria’s creative ecosystem by offering platforms that showcase local talent and destinations. The collaboration with Federal Palace extended this mission by merging luxury hospitality with cultural promotion.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of Federal Palace Hotel, Mr. Oladimeji Oladipo, said the initiative demonstrates the power of collaboration between the private sector, cultural institutions, and financial partners. “When we come together in this way, we build bridges that enrich our society, economy, and shared humanity,” he noted.
Sterling Bank’s Head of Tourism and Creative Art Business, Mrs. Abiola Adelana, added that the partnership aligns with the bank’s mission to build a sustainable tourism ecosystem. “By supporting events like this, we empower local artists and create authentic experiences that showcase Nigeria’s beauty to the world,” she said.
The exhibition drew strong attendance from art lovers, media personalities, and industry leaders, including Lady Maiden Alex-Ibru, Toke Alex-Ibru, and Isaac and Nneka Moses of Goge Africa.
Buoyed by the success of the event, Federal Palace and Sterling Bank reaffirmed their commitment to future collaborations that will continue to merge art, culture, and hospitality in celebrating Nigeria’s creative excellence.
