Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uche Ogah, has extended warm felicitations to the Chief Medical Director of the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Umuahia, Prof. Azubuike Onyebuchi, on the occasion of his birthday.
