Former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, CON, has extended warm felicitations to the Executive Chairman of Isuikwuato Local Government Area, Mayor Chinedu Ekeke, on the occasion of his birthday.
