The Member representing Isuikwuato State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Lucky Johnson, has congratulated the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, on the occasion of his 61st birthday, describing him as a transformational leader whose governance has ushered in renewed hope and purposeful development across the state.
