Hon. Kalu Mba Felicitates Gov. Otti on Birthday, Praises Leadership

The Member representing Ohafia South State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly (ABHA), Hon. Kalu Mba (Etiokwe), has extended warm congratulations to Governor Alex Otti on the occasion of his birthday, commending his leadership and commitment to the development of the state.
