Matchroom Boxing chief Eddie Hearn has addressed speculation surrounding a potential heavyweight clash between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury, confirming that no contract has been signed for the fight.

Although discussions have taken place about the matchup, Hearn emphasized that nothing is officially agreed, and the bout remains unconfirmed. Fans and analysts continue to debate when—or if—the long-awaited British heavyweight showdown will happen.

Hearn noted that talks have been ongoing for some time, including periods before Joshua’s recovery from a serious car accident, but stressed that the fight cannot yet be considered official.
