London, England Premier League giants Chelsea FC have announced plans to visit Lagos, Nigeria, for the first time, with the event scheduled to take place in May.

The club revealed that the visit will feature a fan engagement programme headlined by former Chelsea star and ex-Super Eagles winger, Victor Moses.

In a statement, Chelsea said the Lagos event will deliver an exciting weekend for supporters, including a watch party, interactive sessions, and a live question-and-answer segment with Moses. Fans will also have the opportunity to win signed club merchandise.

The visit forms part of Chelsea’s wider international fan engagement initiative aimed at strengthening ties with supporters across the globe. The club noted that Nigeria will be the fifth destination on this season’s programme.

“With more cities added this season, the Lagos event will bring Chelsea fans together as the campaign draws to a close,” the statement added.

Interested fans are expected to register online for a chance to attend the exclusive event.
