Ambassador Mishak Nnanta, the President General of the Igbo World Union, has extended warm Easter greetings to all Igbos around the world, urging unity, reflection, and hope during this season of renewal.
In his message, Ambassador Nnanta emphasized that Easter is a period for celebrating the triumph of hope, faith, and resilience. He called on Igbos to embrace peace, forgiveness, and communal progress as pillars that have historically strengthened their identity and culture.
Highlighting the importance of collective responsibility, he said, “This season reminds us that after every period of challenge comes a season of joy. Let us continue to work together for the advancement of our people and the prosperity of our communities.”
The KJW President General also commended Igbo youths for their dedication to cultural preservation, entrepreneurship, and community development, noting that their efforts ensure the vibrancy and relevance of Igbo heritage across generations.
Ambassador Nnanta further called for renewed commitment to education, social development, and leadership grounded in integrity, urging Igbos to use the Easter season to reflect on personal and societal growth.
He concluded his message with a heartfelt prayer for peace, good health, and prosperity for all Igbos, stressing that “our unity, faith, and resilience will continue to light the path for a brighter future.”
