NFF Rolls Out Plans for CAF Coaching Courses to Boost Technical Expertise

The Nigeria Football Federation has announced plans to organise advanced coaching programmes aimed at improving the standard of football training across the country.

The federation is set to introduce a CAF A Licence course in the near future, while also preparing a CAF B Licence programme designed specifically to support the development of women coaches.

Officials say the initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance technical capacity within Nigerian football, ensuring coaches are better equipped with modern tactics and internationally recognised certifications.

The move builds on previous training initiatives by the federation, which have focused on developing both emerging and experienced coaches, with many expected to progress to higher qualification levels.

By expanding access to these courses, the NFF aims to address the gap in qualified coaching personnel and strengthen the overall growth of football nationwide.
