Former Super Eagles forward Michael Eneramo has passed away after collapsing during a football match in Kaduna.

Reports indicate that Eneramo, who was introduced in the second half, suddenly fell on the pitch without any contact. He was later confirmed dead.

During his career, Eneramo played for several clubs, including Turkish side Beşiktaş, Tunisian giants Espérance, and Nigeria’s Lobi Stars.

In 2008, he reportedly considered switching nationality to represent Tunisia, but was eventually called up to the Nigerian national team in 2009. He made his debut on February 11, 2009.
