Winners from the latest All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA), along with top music executives and industry stakeholders, have begun a multi‑city tour across Africa as part of the build-up to the 10th edition of the awards.
The tour, organised in collaboration with the African Union Commission, follows the conclusion of the most recent AFRIMA ceremony held in Lagos.
The delegation has already visited Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, where artists and officials participated in a media and stakeholder forum to discuss AFRIMA’s impact and ways to strengthen collaboration across the African music ecosystem.
Next on the itinerary is Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, where a high-level engagement is planned to bring together creatives, cultural leaders, and music regulators ahead of the 10th AFRIMA celebration.
The tour is designed to promote continental collaboration, highlight AFRIMA’s role in supporting African talent, and foster stronger connections between artists, industry players, and policymakers across the continent.
