Hon. Deacon Obioma Okorie, aspirant for Oru West State Constituency for the Imo State House of Assembly, has declared that the people of Oru West deserve better representation, promising that no community will be neglected if given the mandate to serve.
Speaking to newsmen, Dcn Obioma Okorie said the time has come for purposeful leadership that will prioritize the welfare, development and collective progress of every part of the constituency.
According to him, effective representation must go beyond political speeches and should reflect directly in the lives of the people through visible development projects, empowerment programmes and constant engagement with constituents.
“Oru West deserves better. Our people deserve leadership that listens, leadership that is accessible and leadership that delivers results. No community will be left behind in our collective pursuit of development and progress,” he stated.
The House of Assembly hopeful stressed the need for inclusive governance, assuring youths, women, elders and community stakeholders that their interests would receive adequate attention under his representation.
Dcn Okorie further pledged to champion initiatives that would promote youth empowerment, quality education, rural infrastructure, healthcare improvement and economic opportunities for local businesses and farmers.
He maintained that unity and cooperation among the various communities in Oru West remain essential for sustainable growth, adding that his aspiration is driven by genuine passion to serve the people selflessly.
