The member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah, has called on his constituents to take full advantage of the ongoing online voter registration exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
In a statement issued to newsmen, Hon. Ogah emphasized that voter registration is a vital civic responsibility and the first step in ensuring that every eligible citizen has a voice in the democratic process.
He urged youths, first-time voters, and those who recently attained the voting age to quickly register, while also encouraging those who may have lost or damaged their voter cards to apply for replacements online.
According to him, the continuous voter registration initiative offers an easy and convenient way for citizens to secure their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) without stress.
> “Democracy thrives when citizens participate actively. I am appealing to all eligible men and women in Isuikwuato/Umunneochi to use this opportunity to register and prepare themselves to vote in future elections,” Hon. Ogah stated.
He further pledged to continue supporting initiatives that strengthen democracy and give the people of his constituency a stronger voice in national affairs.
