FAAC Shares N2.094tn October Revenue Among Federal, State and Local Governments

The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) has disbursed a total of N2.094 trillion to the Federal Government, states, and Local Government Councils for October 2025. The allocation was approved during FAAC’s meeting held on Wednesday in Abuja.

According to a communiqué issued at the end of the meeting and shared by Bawa Mokwa, Director of Press and Public Relations at the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF), the total distributable revenue consisted of N1.376 trillion in statutory revenue, N670.303 billion from Value Added Tax (VAT), and N47.870 billion from Electronic Money Transfer charges.

The statement further disclosed that the gross revenue available for October stood at N2.934 trillion before deductions. Out of this amount, N115.278 billion was removed as collection costs.

Additionally, the report highlighted that N724.603 billion went toward transfers, interventions, refunds, and savings, leaving the balance distributed among the three tiers of government.
