The Archbishop gave the commendation during the 25th Silver Jubilee and Church Dedication ceremony held on Sunday.

He noted that Governor Otti’s governance style has restored hope among residents and observers, adding that Abia is now seen as a state capable of attracting meaningful investments. According to him, the visible reforms and infrastructural improvements under the current administration are convincing indicators of positive change.

Archbishop Ugorji assured the governor of continuous prayers from the Church, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the current momentum of transparency, accountability, and service to the people.
