Dr Nnenna Ihekoromadu, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quantus Medical Foundation, Texas, USA, has called on Abia State medical professionals in the diaspora to actively support ongoing efforts to strengthen healthcare delivery in the state.

Speaking after an engagement with Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti, Dr Ihekoromadu described the moment as one of preparedness and opportunity for Abia. According to her, the state’s leadership has demonstrated openness and readiness to collaborate with professionals at home and abroad to improve health outcomes.

“Standing with Governor Alex Otti reinforces what I truly believe: this is a moment of readiness for Abia State,” she said.

She urged Abia medical professionals abroad to contribute in any capacity possible, stressing that every effort counts. “Now is the time to come alongside our colleagues at home. Whether through your time, your knowledge, your mentorship, or your resources, every contribution matters, no matter the size,” she added.

Dr Ihekoromadu further noted that the current administration has created a conducive environment for meaningful engagement, emphasizing that the opportunity to strengthen healthcare delivery in Abia State is both real and attainable.

“The Abia State Government is ready. The leadership is open. And the opportunity to strengthen healthcare delivery is real,” she said.
