The Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Oyo State have taken a major step to reinforce their grassroots operations by appointing new senatorial and local government area coordinators. The initiative is designed to improve outreach and engagement with communities across the state.

The group explained that the new coordinators will help organise activities at the local level, ensuring that the ambassadors’ programmes are effectively implemented and that citizens’ voices are heard. This move is part of broader preparations for the 2027 general elections.

Senator Teslim Folarin, the state Ambassador for the organisation, stressed that the coordinators will serve as a vital link between the leadership and the people. They are expected to facilitate communication, mobilise support, and ensure that initiatives reach every corner of Oyo State.

In addition to political mobilisation, the coordinators are tasked with identifying community challenges and collaborating with local authorities to promote development projects and social initiatives. This approach aims to make governance more responsive and inclusive.

The formal launch of the coordinators is set to take place at the APC State Secretariat in Ibadan, with party leaders, stakeholders, and community members in attendance. The event is expected to mark the beginning of an expanded phase of grassroots engagement by the Renewed Hope Ambassadors.
