Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, a senior official of the Abia State Government, has said the state is recording growing investor attention following policy reforms and development initiatives introduced by Governor Alex Otti.

Hon.Chinasa made the remarks during a stakeholders’ meeting in Umuahia, explaining that recent policy adjustments and ongoing infrastructure upgrades have strengthened confidence in the state’s economic outlook. According to him, business operators are increasingly viewing Abia as a secure and profitable destination for investment.

He attributed the renewed interest to the administration’s commitment to transparency, financial discipline, and improving the ease of doing business. He noted that these measures are gradually repositioning the state for long-term economic growth, with sectors such as manufacturing and services already showing early signs of expansion.

Hon.Chinasa also reaffirmed his continued membership of the Labour Party, stressing that his support for the governor’s development agenda is based on performance and measurable results rather than political pressure.
