Governor Otti Congratulates Abia-Born Naval Officer on Promotion to Rear Admiral

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, has congratulated Commodore Chinonyerem Emmanuel Oji on his promotion to the rank of Rear Admiral in the Nigerian Navy. Oji, a native of Amaoba Ime Oboro in Ikwuano Local Government Area, was among 31 senior naval officers elevated to the prestigious rank.

The Governor described Oji’s promotion as a testament to his hard work, professionalism, and commitment to national service. He noted that Oji’s achievement is an inspiration to young officers and citizens striving for excellence.
