Emenike Iroegbu Steps In as Abia Labour Party’s New Public Relations Voice

Mr. Emenike Iroegbu has been appointed as the new Publicity Secretary of the Labour Party in Abia State, drawing commendation from the Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN), Abia chapter.

In a message issued by the association’s Vice Chairman, Comrade Chika Nwabueze, Iroegbu was praised for his professionalism and consistent contributions to media and public communication, which the group said made him a strong fit for the position.

OMPAN expressed optimism that his leadership in the role would enhance the party’s communication strategy, improve openness, and foster stronger engagement with journalists and the general public.

The association also highlighted the need for accuracy, ethics, and responsibility in handling party information, stressing that effective communication remains vital in today’s political landscape.

While wishing him success in his new role, OMPAN reaffirmed its readiness to work closely with him in promoting ethical journalism and supporting democratic growth in Abia State.
