The Member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. The federal lawmaker recalled Dr. Uko’s pivotal role in streamlining Abia’s fiscal framework during his tenure as Commissioner for Finance, as well as his impactful environmental initiatives that brought sanity and sustainable development to many communities across the state.
