Former Minister of Aviation and Vice Chairman of the Anambra State Educational Council, Chief Osita Chidoka, has thrown his weight behind the re-election of Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, describing him as “Odịụkọ na Mba”—“the rare one, not easily found.”

Speaking at an endorsement event for Soludo by the Anambra Central Senatorial Zone, Chidoka lauded the governor’s visionary leadership, prudent financial management, and developmental strides. “In 2025, the question is no longer, ‘Is it broken?’” he remarked. “The real question is: why drop the spoon when the soup is tasty? Ndi Anambra, the pot is still on the fire. The aroma of progress is in the air.”

In a statement issued by his Special Assistant on Media, Ikechukwu Okafor, Chidoka commended Soludo’s accomplishments in urban renewal, digital governance, education reform, and infrastructure, urging citizens to sustain the progress achieved over the last three years.

“Soludo is the only son of Anambra who once safeguarded Nigeria’s wealth, and today, he manages Anambra’s resources with vision and discipline,” Chidoka said. Quoting an Igbo proverb, “Ula tọba uto, ekwobeya ekwobe” (when sleep is sweet, you roll over to enjoy it), he called on the people of Anambra not to disrupt the ongoing momentum. “Let’s not break the rhythm. Let the Solution continue. Let Odịụkọ finish the course.”
