President Bola Tinubu has assured Nigerians that his administration remains committed to fulfilling the promises made under the Renewed Hope Agenda, stressing that no region or citizen will be left behind.

In a message posted on his verified X account on Monday, September 1, the President highlighted key infrastructure projects across the country, describing them as “national assets” rather than regional achievements.

He cited ongoing works including the Lagos, Calabar Highway in the South, the Sokoto, Badagry Superhighway in the North, the Port Harcourt–Maiduguri rail in the East, and the Abuja–Kaduna–Kano expressway in the Centre. He also noted the Trans-Saharan highway, which links Nigeria with other African nations, as evidence of his administration’s drive to boost connectivity and economic growth.

According to Tinubu, health centres are being rehabilitated nationwide, light rail projects in Kano, Kaduna, Lagos, and Ogun States have been approved, and power supply is being restored in Kaduna through the revived 255MW plant. He added that new bridges in Onitsha and Bonny are reconnecting communities, oil exploration is expanding in Bauchi and Gombe, while the AKK pipeline has now crossed the River Niger.

“With over 250,000 jobs already created, no Nigerian will be treated as a second-class citizen,” Tinubu said. “Every farmer who needs a road, every trader who needs power, every child who needs a school, every patient who needs care, this is who we are building for. This is the equity of Renewed Hope.”

The President reiterated his oath to serve all Nigerians, emphasising unity and inclusiveness. “Together, we will rise as one nation, one people, and one destiny,” he declared.
