Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has congratulated Commodore Kelechi Ndukwe, an illustrious son of Abia, on his promotion to Commander of the U.S. Destroyer Squadron 60 and Commander, Task Force 65, based in Rota, Spain.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ferdinand Ekeoma, Governor Otti described Ndukwe’s elevation as a “well-deserved reward for hard work, excellence, and impeccable professionalism.”
