The former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji (Ikuku), has extended a heartfelt birthday message to his father, His Excellency, Chief Theodore Ahamefule Orji (Ochendo Global), a former Governor of Abia State. Chief T.A. Orji, who served as Governor of Abia State from 2007 to 2015, is widely remembered for instituting reforms aimed at strengthening state institutions and improving administrative structures. Describing his father’s character, Engr.
