The former Speaker of the Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Engr. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji (Ikuku), has extended a heartfelt birthday message to his father, His Excellency, Chief Theodore Ahamefule Orji (Ochendo Global), a former Governor of Abia State. The message highlighted the depth of respect, admiration, and emotional bond between both statesmen.

Chief T.A. Orji, who served as Governor of Abia State from 2007 to 2015, is widely remembered for instituting reforms aimed at strengthening state institutions and improving administrative structures. His tenure is noted for promoting peace and stability within the political climate of the state, while fostering opportunities for youth involvement in governance.

Describing his father’s character, Engr. He acknowledged the sacrifices and resilience that defined the elder statesman’s decades of service to the state.

He concluded his message by praying for God’s continued grace, strength, and longevity upon Chief Orji. Meanwhile, political stakeholders, associates, and citizens across Abia have continued to celebrate the elder statesman, describing him as a leader whose influence and legacy remain prominent in the state’s socio-political history
