The member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Obi Aguocha, has extended warm felicitations to High Chief Onyema Ugochukwu, CON, Owubirimo 1 of Ohuhu, on the occasion of his birthday.
