The Member Representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency, Hon. Obi Aguocha, has extended heartfelt birthday felicitations to the former Governor of Abia State and Senator of the Federal Republic, His Excellency Chief Theodore Ahamefule Orji (Ochendo), as he marks his birthday.
According to Hon. Aguocha, Senator Orji’s years in public service, both as Governor and later as Senator, represent his contribution to the democratic space of Abia State. He noted that leadership comes with seasons of challenges and responsibilities, and that Senator Orji played his role in the course of the state’s unfolding history.
He further stated that the moment offers an opportunity for reflection, dialogue, and appreciation of individuals who have held positions of responsibility and helped shape the political direction of Abia.
He added that such reflections should continue to inspire constructive engagement, political tolerance, and collective commitment to the peace and progress of the state.
