The member representing Ikwuano Umuahia Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Obi Aguocha, has extended warm birthday felicitations to Chris Ezem, former Secretary to the Government of Abia State.
In a goodwill message to mark the occasion, Hon Aguocha described Barr Chris Ezem as an accomplished administrator and legal practitioner whose service to Abia State was defined by discipline, loyalty, and a deep sense of responsibility to the public good.
