Former Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and business mogul, Dr Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah, has called on Nigerians to embrace purpose driven living, stressing that true leadership is measured not by wealth accumulation but by the number of lives positively impacted. He made this known while speaking live on his YouTube channel during an interactive session with his followers.

Addressing his audience while he was live on his YouTube Channel “Dr Uche Ogah” , he expressed deep appreciation to his supporters for their loyalty over the years, describing their presence on his platform as a source of motivation. He said leadership, to him, is about service, compassion and empowering people to rise above poverty and despair. According to him, nothing gives him more fulfillment than seeing people walk into his office in distress and leave with smiles and renewed hope.

The former Abia governorship candidate revealed that his personal philosophy of leadership is anchored on helping people grow, find meaning in life and discover their God given purpose. He explained that leadership is not about control but about inspiring people to believe in themselves, work hard and build meaningful futures for themselves and their families.

Ogah also highlighted the impact of his business ventures on job creation and national development. He disclosed that his company, Master Energy Group, has over 20 subsidiaries and currently employs more than 6000 Nigerians directly, with over 20000 others benefiting indirectly through related industries. He noted that his ultimate goal is to create sustainable opportunities that enable people to live quality lives.

Emphasizing that life is not just about making money, Ogah said fulfillment comes from adding value to humanity. He urged young people to stop living for other people’s expectations and instead focus on discovering and pursuing the purpose for which God created them. According to him, when people live in alignment with their divine purpose, they naturally become sources of joy, hope and inspiration to others.

The philanthropist further encouraged Nigerians not to lose faith in themselves or their dreams, reminding them that with God, all things are possible. He said success is not reserved for a select few but is available to anyone who believes, works hard and remains consistent.

Ogah concluded by reaffirming his commitment to continuous engagement with the public, saying he would keep using his platforms to inspire, educate and motivate people toward personal growth, self discovery and national development.
