Renowned industrialist and former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, Uche Ogah, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, as he marks his 61st birthday, describing him as a reform-driven leader whose governance style is redefining public service in the state.
