In a goodwill message released on Friday, Dr. Ogah described Hon. Hart as “a brilliant administrator, a loyal patriot, and a visionary thinker whose commitment to nation-building continues to inspire many.” He commended Hart’s dedication to public service, especially his contributions to legislative administration and strategic national communication.

“Today, I join your family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers across the country to celebrate a man whose intellect, work ethic, and patriotism are both admirable and exemplary. You have continued to represent the Southeast with excellence and dignity, and I am confident that the future holds greater responsibilities and greater accomplishments for you,” Dr. Ogah said.

He prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health, and strength for Hon. Hart as he continues to serve the nation.

Dr. Ogah emphasized that Hon.
